AASC Tennis Winter 2006-2007 SignUp Info

The sign-up starts up on Sunday, November 12th, 2006

As of today there are 48 people signed up for Sunday(full) and 16 for Saturday.

Winter 06-07 Session: 10 weeks 

Saturdays 6pm-7.30pm: 12/2-12/16(3), skip Xmas, 1/6-2/17(7)  

Sundays:  6pm-9pm:    12/3-12/17(3), skip Xmas, 1/7-2/18 (7) 

Superbowl Sunday (2/4/07) is an exhibition-play week - scores don't count

$90 for AASC Members and $105 for non-members

On your check indicate what session (Sat/Sun or both) you are signing for, your email, and - if you are a new to the league - what is your approximate NTRP rating or level of play (min of 2.5 rating required to join).

I will need to receive your checks by November 25th, one week before the session starts. An e-mail will no longer be accepted as the valid signup notice. If I don't have your payment by the deadline, your spot may go to the next person on the waiting list. Any conflicts will be resolved in accordance with AASC Policies. Also see the above document regarding policies on bouncing personal checks.

This checks will be sent to AASC immediately after December 2nd.

The Sunday group has been full the last Fall, so please don't delay sending your payments, but be aware that no signups will occur until November 12th and no checks will be cashed until after December 2nd.

The dates for Spring 07 sessions are:

Spring 07 Session: 10 weeks  

Saturdays 6pm-7.30pm: 2/24-4/28 

Sundays:  6pm-9pm:    2/25-4/29 (only 4 courts 4/8-Easter Sunday)
